Procurement & Brand Protection Statement
This statement outlines the sourcing criteria, legal posture, and brand-protection commitments that govern all wholesale procurement activity conducted by Luvant Group LLC, including our growing distribution network across Latin America.
Authorized Sourcing Channels
Luvant Group LLC procures inventory exclusively through manufacturers, authorized distributors, and licensed wholesalers capable of providing valid documentation of title, including invoices that establish a clean chain of custody from brand to point of sale. We do not source from unverified resellers, liquidators of unknown origin, or channels lacking a documented supply history.
Brand & Intellectual Property Protection
We do not distribute any product in a manner that conflicts with a brand owner's distribution policy, minimum advertised pricing agreements, or territory and channel restrictions. Where a brand restricts resale to a defined set of partners, that restriction is respected without exception, and we will decline a sourcing opportunity rather than circumvent it.
Sales Tax Compliance — Annual Resale Certificate
Luvant Group LLC holds a valid Annual Resale Certificate for Sales Tax issued by the State of Florida, confirming our status as a legitimate wholesale buyer authorized to purchase inventory for resale without the collection of sales tax at the point of purchase. This certificate is available upon request and is renewed annually in compliance with Florida Department of Revenue requirements. Suppliers are welcome to retain a copy for their records as part of the onboarding process.
Regulatory & Legal Compliance
As a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, Luvant Group LLC operates in accordance with applicable federal and state commercial regulations, including product safety, labeling, and import/export requirements relevant to each category we distribute.
Inventory Verification & Quality Standards
Incoming inventory is inspected against condition, packaging, and authenticity criteria prior to distribution intake. Units that do not conform to brand or quality standards are removed from the distribution stream rather than introduced to any retail channel.
Supplier Due Diligence
New supplier relationships are evaluated on documentation quality, pricing transparency, and consistency of supply prior to any purchase commitment. Existing relationships are subject to periodic review to confirm continued compliance.
Confidentiality of Commercial Terms
Pricing, volume commitments, and supplier identities shared with Luvant Group LLC during the partnership evaluation process are treated as confidential business information and are not disclosed to third parties.
Export Compliance — Latin America
As we build out our distribution network across Latin America, each shipment is subject to the same documentation, brand-protection, and origin-verification standards described above, in addition to applicable U.S. export regulations and destination-country import requirements.
